Tatyana Titarenko is of one the best lawyers in the field of transport legislation in Ukraine. Her achievements have been recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrainian State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) and the Ukrainian Federation of Employers in Transport. Certified specialist in Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006).

Tatyana Titarenko has considerable experience in the transport sector. With seven years of experience in public service, she dedicated four years to the legal department of the Ministry of Infrastructure. Tatyana represented the interests of the Ministry in court, provided legal support to the enterprises managed by the Ministry. She also participated in preparation and promotion of draft legislation important to the industry.
In 2012-2015 Tatyana worked as the deputy director general for legal affairs of the Ukrainian Federation of Employers in Transport, where she represented the interests of the industry in government agencies.
Tatyana Titarenko provided consultations to the Ministry of Infrastructure on issues of maritime law, concession, rent, and other forms of public-private partnership. She has more than 9 years’ experience in court practice.
